Unfortunately her lovely body is inhabited by two beings - Zoom-Zoom and Sniffer, who vie for control. It is only on the rare occasions that they cooperate that she has qualifying runs in agility. Her greatest talent is as an escape artist; she can get out of any enclosure, even a 6' high chain link run. And, like mountain climbers, she escapes because it is there. Interestingly she has never left the agility ring, even when we are competing outside."

"Having grown up with a poodle, I knew that when I got a dog of my own, it had to be at least partially poodle. Since I wanted a mixed breed, I researched the different poodle mixes. My search ended as soon as I saw the schnoodle. They were just becoming popular at that time and were hard to find. I ended up driving to Springfield, MO to get Colby. The long ride quickly taught him to love riding in the car and seeing new places. He started classes at HOTC when he was 10 weeks old. He is in novice obedience (bad knees prevent us from going any further) and freestyle. He is a real social butterfly who never meets a stranger."

"Lucy (Lady Lucy Goosey, CGC, HOTC CD, FDCH, PS1) is a Rott/Shepard mix, with a little bit of Chow thrown in somewhere. Her birthday is November 23, 1998 (we think). We saw a picture of her at Walmart-Free to Good Home. She was 5 months old. We called immediately! She is a wonderful girl who gives the sweetest kisses in the world. She is currently in Novice agility while taking a much deserved break from obedience."

"Shelly was originally a foster dog looking for a home, but she had such great fear aggression problems that it was decided that she could not safely be adopted out. We have a long road of socializing her and building her confidence, but perseverance will prevail! She is in Novice class and no longer has to wear a muzzle in class. She has even become something of a socialite with people she is comfortable with."

He has been a wonderful addition to our home. A great playmate for his sister Lucy and a formidable opponent for tug of war with his brother Casper. "Duncan was born in June of 2004 and is the third dog of Tina and Bill McAdam. He came into our lives because we knew that we were going to lose our beloved Shiloh and he has helped ease our sorrow. Duncan is a wonderful, energetic puppy and we have many hopes and dreams for his future. Look for Bill and Duncan in the hunt test arena beginning in 2005. Duncan completed his Started Hunting Retriever (SHR) title in September of 2005 and his Rally Novice title in October of 2005. He then completed his Junior Hunter title (JH) in March of 2006 and his Hunting Retriever (HR) title in September of 2006. He completed his Novice agility and jumpers titles in June of 2006 his Open agility and jumpers titles in September of 2006 and his Novice obedience (CD) title in October of 2006. Duncan is currently working on his Senior Hunter title with Bill and his open obedience and excellent agility titles with Tina."

"Gus was born in April of 2001 and is the second dog of Tina and Bill McAdam. Gus is a ball of fire, who loves to run and will try anything asked of him. He received his Junior Hunter title (JH) just after his first birthday and also started his obedience and agility careers at the same time. In 2002 he finished both his novice and open agility titles and his novice obedience title. He then completed his excellent agility titles by the middle of 2003. His Hunting Retriever title (HR) was completed by the spring of 2003 and his open obedience title (CDX) in the spring of 2004. He completed his master agility titles (MX & MXJ) in the spring of 2005, his Rally Advanced (RA) title in January 2006 and his Rally Excellent (RE) title in the fall of 2006. Gus is currently working on his Senior Hunter title with Bill and his utility obedience and master agility champion titles with Tina."

"Hailey aka the Princess was born November 24, 1997. She is the smartest dog we have ever had. She is a great help around the house picking up laundry and anything that is dropped. She is a true Princess, as when she is on the bed or couch she has to arrange the pillows just so! She is my constant companion and loves to eat. She also loves Agility her way , but as long as she is happy thats ok. In my eyes she does no wrong. Owned by Terri and Chuck Campbell but she is truly my dog, a daddys girl through and through."

"We obtained Holly around November of 2002 from Tennessee Valley Golden Retriever Rescue. She was found tied up in the backyard with no food or water after her owners moved away. A contractor turned her into rescue. Shes completed obedience and agility classes at HOTC and currently enjoys agility, camping, backpacking, and playing with any willing person or dog she meets."

Thanks to his breeder Laurin Howard she let us be Logan's forever home. Logan is a quick study and loves Agility. He achieved 6 Agility titles in less than a year after he stared competing. Hopefully this is only the beginning of the many venues we hope to pursue."

He earned his CD at one year on July 6, 2019, in Jackson, MS; his CDX on October 6, 2019 in Decatur, AL; and he earned his UD on January 31, 2020, in Atlanta, GA. "Blackjack resides at my neighbors but spends a lot of time at my home. He has such a great personality and definitely will let you know it. He cocks his head as you talk to him and is quite a talker himself. Blackjack is a wonderful dog and had done a great job in agility. He completed both his NA and NAJ in just 2 trial weekends."

"Delta (or as she is commonly called "Delta Dawg") is a long awaited addition to the family. She was born 8/29/04 and the 2-1/2 yr wait was definitely worth it. Delta is the first non-rescue dog I have acquired. The process of selecting a structurally sound puppy with the right temperament for a potential agility star was quite a learning experience. There were puppy tests, structural analysis and decisions about which puppy would fit best with my other dogs. Delta has been a perfect fit. I look forward to what lies ahead of us. Delta's great uncle is Gala First Class Event (Nigel), the top Miniature Schnauzer/Terrier in agility for several years. We hope to make Uncle Nigel and the rest of the Gala & Bravo! clan proud as we embark on our journey into agility competition."

"Maggie is a rescue Schnauzer who began her training career at HOTC in May 1999. She has such a sweet disposition, loves to be held, and demands to be the center of attention. She started her agility career out right, she peed in the ring. Her other antics include sitting at the start line and not moving, doing a few obstacles and stopping in the middle of the ring and not moving, or running off to sniff around the ring. As her confidence progressed, she would often run up to the judge, ring crew, or spectators during her runs. It took 6 months of showing to get her NA title, but Maggie has a great jumping style, excellent potential, and is a such a joy. You can't help but love her!"
